Ideas made real.

An independent studio for design and engineering. We plan, design and build websites, apps and software, and stay with them until they work the way you pictured.

Mobile apps

Apps for your customers or your team in the field, on iPhone and Android, that keep working even with a weak signal.

  • Works offline
  • Live numbers at a glance
  • Every action confirmed

Custom business systems

Ordering, stock, delivery, invoicing and reporting in one system made for your business, not a template you have to bend around.

  • Orders and stock in one place
  • Shaped around how you work
  • Your existing data moved across

Company websites

Fast, polished websites that explain what you do and bring in enquiries. We host and look after them, so they keep working.

  • Fast on every phone
  • Built to bring in enquiries
  • Hosted and looked after by us

Most projects lose their way in the gap between how something looks and how it works.

We close that gap by keeping design and development in one team and one conversation, from the first sketch to launch day.

You talk to the people doing the work. Every decision is made with the experience and the code in view, so what you approve is what ships.

We also look at the business logic behind the screen: the rules and routines your work really runs on. Before we design or code anything, we learn how it flows: where things get stuck, what gets done twice, and what depends on one person remembering. If a simpler process solves the problem, we'll say so, even when it means building less.

See what we make

What we make

Five kinds of work, one way of doing it: small senior team, short feedback loops, nothing handed off and forgotten.

Your most important first impression. Fast, distinctive sites with a clear path from curious visitor to customer, and a CMS your team will actually use.

Four projects, to show how we think

Real products we designed and built. The figures on the product screens are sample data.

We only show a project when the client has agreed to it. Everything else stays private.

How a project runs

Four stages. Each one ends with something you can see, try and sign off before we move on.

  1. 01

    Understand

We learn how your business works today, find where time and money slip away, and suggest improvements before we design or build anything.

You get a clear brief and a short list of improvements
  2. 02

    Shape

We map the experience, set the visual direction and test the risky decisions early.

    You get a clickable prototype
  3. 03

    Build

Design and code move together. You see progress, try real features and refine the details with us.

    You get working software
  4. 04

    Launch

We test, polish and ship, with a proper handover and a plan for what comes next.

You get a product in real hands

What it costs

Designers who code. Engineers who care how it feels.

We treat design and development as one conversation. How something feels matters as much as what it does, and the best work gets both right.

Purpose before decoration

Every detail should help someone understand, find or finish something.

Direct, by design

Clear conversations, visible progress and decisions made together.

Built to keep moving

Solid foundations, honest documentation and room to grow after launch.

Same word, six widths. The idea stays the same; its shape is what we work on.

Questions we hear first

Something else on your mind? Write to info@orifacta.com or put it in the project planner.

Can you help shape the idea, too?

Yes. You don't need a finished specification. We can work through the goals, the people using the product and the right first version together.

Do you handle both design and development?

Yes. The experience, the visual design and the build are worked on together by the same team, which keeps the finished product true to the original idea.

How do you estimate cost and timing?

The starting points under What it costs give you a first idea. The real number depends on scope, complexity and what already exists, so after the first stage you get a detailed estimate with deliverables and priorities. A smaller first release is often the fastest way to test an idea.

Who owns the code and the design?

You do. Everything we make for you belongs to you: the source code, the design files and the accounts it runs on.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, happily. We can sign one before you share any details of your idea.

How do we stay in touch during the project?

By video call on Google Meet, Zoom or whatever your team already uses. Every two weeks, or on a rhythm we agree, you see working progress and decide on the next steps with us.

Can you improve something we already have?

Yes. A focused review shows where the experience or the technology is holding you back. From there we plan a targeted improvement, an integration or a rebuild.

What happens after launch?

Handover includes the project files and everything needed to run the product. If you like, we host it, keep it secure and up to date, and keep improving it under a support plan.

What technology do you use?

Proven, widely used tools chosen for each project: modern web frameworks, native or cross-platform mobile, and reliable cloud hosting. We pick what your team can keep running long after launch, not what is fashionable.

How does payment work?

In milestones that follow the four project stages, so you only pay for work you have seen and signed off.

Have an idea worth doing properly?

Tell us what you're thinking. The project planner turns it into a short brief and sends it to us, and we come back with questions and next steps.

Or write directly: info@orifacta.comWe reply within one business day.

Plan your project

Answer a few questions and we'll turn them into a short project brief. Send it to us, or save a copy to share with your team.

What are you thinking about?

Sending delivers your brief to info@orifacta.com through Web3Forms, and we reply to the email you give. You can also download a copy first.

Your information

This website has no advertising or analytics trackers. The project planner keeps what you type inside your browser until you press Send. Sending passes your brief (idea, name, email, phone number if you add one, and the options you chose) to Web3Forms, a form service that emails it to us at info@orifacta.com and handles it under its own privacy policy. We use it only to reply to you. If you would rather not send it, use Download a copy and write to us yourself.

Your motion preference may be saved locally on your device. Hosting is subject to the hosting provider's privacy practices.

The work section shows products we have built. Figures on those product screens are sample data.
